People For Animal Care and Kindness (PACK) is a leader in animal rescue and rehoming of abused, neglected, and aging animals in Taiwan. We work to save animals from puppy mills, hoarding, and other cruel situations. We specialize in second chances by providing medical care, rehabilitation, and place animals in loving homes in Taiwan and abroad.

By collaborating with other reputable organizations and the government, PACK aims to be a key contributor in the eradication of animal suffering, promoting health and welfare of animals, reducing the number of street animals and abandoned pets, and encouraging the public to properly care for and value domestic and wild animals.

Elite Dog Hotel & Retirement Home, Yangmingshan
Faye Angevine runs a dog hotel providing shelter for dogs that need caring for while their family is away on holiday. It is also a retirement home for the handicapped, elderly, terminally ill and extra large dogs.

The Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA) is the oldest animal welfare organization in the world and was established in 1824.
